We provide assistance to employees who have been put at risk of redundancy or dismissed by reason of redundancy. Employees who have been put at risk can seek advice on the process followed to that point. We also guide employees through the continuing redundancy process advising on any documentation provided by employers, what to expect and whether there are any flaws in the process which may justify an appeal upon termination or an Employment Tribunal claim.
