A lunchtime presentation from Alex Codd, Assistant Director Economic Development & Regeneration at Hull City Council

Please join our Planning and Development Team at lunchtime on Thursday 26th January when we will be welcoming our friend and colleague Alex Codd, Assistant Director Economic Development & Regeneration at Hull City Council to present an overview of current developments and local opportunities for us all.

During his presentation Alex will cover topics such as

• Humber Freeport
• Hull Investment Zone update
• Local plan review
• Major development plans – City Centre, Western Docklands, and Siemens Gamesa
• Decarbonisation plans and skill needs

At Rollits we understand first hand the importance (and challenges) of recruiting the very best skills into the city and Alex, in his role as and a member of the HEY LEP Employment and Skills Board, will also look at the challenges the region faces around recruitment and training.
