Douglas is a property lawyer with considerable experience of all aspects of social housing property matters, advising both charitable and non charitable associations on property related matters.
His work includes site assembly, advising RSL's on planning agreements, drafting management agreements, shared ownership leases, restricted price covenant schemes, licenced premises freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal, commercial leases, conditional contracts, options, overage agreements and funding agreements.
