Career

Following a spell in Birmingham and Chester to complete his Law Degree and professional exams, Keith joined Rollits as an Articled Clerk in 1989 and subsequently qualified two years later as a solicitor specialising in commercial and IP work. He has worked as an in-house solicitor for a major PLC and has been a Partner in Rollits since 1999.

Expertise

His commercial practice includes agency, distribution, supply and contract manufacture arrangements, often involving an overseas dimension. He has considerable experience advising on trade mark, design, patent and copyright matters and technology agreements.

Keith is recognised in the UK Legal 500 for his work in the fields of intellectual property and information technology.
