During his time in the corporate department Harry has worked on a range of acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations and his thorough approach to all matters can help answer or ease any concerns which clients may have.
He loves practising in corporate law due to its transactional nature and the need to work together with numerous parties, which is key to successfully completing a transaction.
Exposure to other areas of the law, such as property and IP means that Harry has a well rounded knowledge of the law, and is constantly learning to keep up-to-date with changing legislation.
Being able to provide clients with advice and solutions is rewarding and challenging. Each working day is different, and Harry enjoys coming to work knowing that he is using his experience and knowledge to help clients.
Career
In addition to various part-time jobs during his time in higher education, Harry took part in the summer vacation scheme at Rollits in 2017 and it was from this he knew he wanted to work as a solicitor.
He completed his period of recognised training at Rollits between 2019 and 2021 spending six months in the property, dispute resolution and company-commercial departments but quickly realised that he wanted to qualify into the corporate team which he did in November 2021.
Expertise
Harry focuses on advising directors and owners of a variety of issues and dealing with a range of general corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations and carries out the due diligence and disclosure processes in transactions.
Since qualifying in November 2021, he has assisted in various transactions in a wide range of sectors.
