A graduate of the University of Oxford, Emma spent the first 10 years of her career working in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team within one of Ireland’s leading law firms in Dublin before moving to Yorkshire where she has spent the last 12 years working in general practice.
Expertise
Having acted for both Defendants and Claimants allows her to see claims from both sides and ensures that the arguments put forward are proactive not reactive, and the requirement for alternative dispute resolution skills are utilised to ensure client focused results of the highest standard.
