Donna believes in taking a commercial and practical approach to supporting clients, ensuring that she keeps them regularly informed of the status and progress of their matter and ensuring that the solutions she helps to deliver always match clients’ overall goals.
She is friendly and approachable and makes sure that even the most complex legal matters are explained clearly and without unnecessary legal jargon. Her experience allows her to evaluate each matter so she can advise of any potential issues that may arise and how they will be dealt with ahead of time.
Donna loves learning about a client and their business, be this a long standing one where she can gain an in-depth understanding of their changing commercial needs or a new client where she is able to learn afresh about their business. Her aim is always to try to gain an in-depth understanding about their organisation so she can give the best advice that she can in each case.
