Rollits promotes three from within

Rollits is pleased to announce the promotion of three employeesas it continues to invest in talent.

The move sees David Myers, who had previously held theposition of associate, promoted to a partner in the firm.

Sarah Greendale and DavidWhite also make the step up to Senior Solicitor.

The promotions mark another step forward for the trio who alljoined the company as trainees.

David Myers joined Rollits in 2006 and joined the planning &development team upon qualification in 2008. He specialisesin pure planning matters such as advising on planning applications,drafting planning and infrastructure agreements and preparing andsubmitting, appeals and objections as well as advising on theplanning elements of residential, commercial and industrialdevelopments on behalf of landowners and developers alike. Davidalso has extensive experience in dealing with construction projectson behalf of contractors, employers and funders, which can includethe preparation of Building Contracts, Professional TeamAppointments and Collateral Warranties.

Sarah and David both qualified as solicitors in 2013.

Sarah specialises in private capital and charities law. She is involved in wills, trusts, estate administration and LastingPowers of Attorney and in relation to charity matters, is involvedin creating and registering new charities and the re-structuringand re-organisation of charities including mergers andincorporations.

David works in the commercial and IP team. His workincludes advising on commercial matters such as terms andconditions, commercial agency agreements, distribution agreementsand contract manufacture arrangements, and advising on intellectualproperty law including copyright, designs, trademarks, patents,know-how and confidential information.
