Olivia enjoys the problem solving and intellectual elements of a legal career combined with the balance of building relationships with clients and contacts.
As a property lawyer, her day-to-day work involves helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties. This includes drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, deeds, and contracts. She also works with clients to help negotiate terms and conditions, and overseeing property transactions from start to finish.
Career
An English graduate from the University of Liverpool, Olivia completed her Graduate Diploma in Law followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Leeds. She joined Rollits in September 2021 as a trainee solicitor. Olivia qualified in September 2023 into the property team.
