Neil has specialised in rural property work since qualifying in 1985, dealing with a wide range of issues including all property aspects of agriculture work, and farm sales, purchases and tenancies. His work includes acting for lenders and involvement in various diversification projects for farmers and landowners and means that he gets involved in a wide range of commercial property projects.

A law graduate from the University of Nottingham, Neil joined Rollits’ property team in 1991 after completing his Training Contract and qualifying with another local firm of solicitors. Joining the Partnership in Neil has spent most of his legal career with Rollits.
