Glann acts extensively for clients involved in the retail, office and industrial sectors. Dealing with a number of significant property portfolios he is regularly involved in acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises.
Over time Glenn has accumulated extensive experience within the property industry. His main aim is to try to understand clients’ commercial requirements so that we can provide a professional service at a reasonable price and in line with clients’ expectations. Building relationships with clients can be most rewarding and hopefully it leads to better outcomes.
Having worked in this field for so long, he finds the work enjoyable and it can be very rewarding, although he finds the best part of the job is building relationships and often friendships with clients and with other members of the firm.
Career
Since qualifying as a solicitor at the firm in 1980 Glenn has always dealt with property related matters, from residential sales and purchases through to site acquisitions and development. Later he began to concentrate on dealing with non-domestic property transactions and has been fortunate enough to be able to work with some significant local, regional and national clients on quite a variety of work. Currently most of his time is spent on landlord and tenant matters in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

Glenn has substantial experience in acting for landlords and tenants on business lettings. He also has considerable knowledge of corporate support work involving property related matters, and in acting for lenders in providing security documentation.
