Prior to joining Rollits Enisha worked in the local property sector as an Estate Agent for six years, which allowed for a smooth transition into the legal property world upon completion of her academic studies as she was already familiar with the legal process of property transactions and the needs and expectations of clients.

In addition to having agent experience, she has also acquired knowledge of both the private and public sector, enabling her to understand the role of the different parties in property transactions and their importance as well as understanding the broad range of legal issues that can arise.

Practising as a solicitor means every one of Enisha’s working days is different. She likes keeping up to date with the developing law in the sector, meaning she is constantly learning. Due to the transactional nature of the matters she deals with she relishes the need to understand not just property law in isolation, but also her client’s business operations in context.

  • Enisha was professional & friendly, always available to answer our questions and explain how best to proceed. She progressed the sale of our property as quickly as possible with buyers who did not always make that easy. She got the job done without drama or fuss and made it as painless as possible to sell our property, closed after 40 years as a Residential Home for the elderly.

Career

Enisha joined Rollits in 2019 as a trainee and qualified into the firm’s commercial property team in November 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Enisha completed her LLB (Hons) at Hull University and the Legal Practice Course, which she completed as part of her Masters in Professional Legal Practice (which she passed with Distinction), at the University of Law in Leeds.

Her previous career experience also means that Enisha understands the importance of keeping all parties to a transaction up to date and the need for regular and concise communication.

Expertise

During her training and since qualification, Enisha has acted on a variety of commercial property matters, including a number of leases (advising both tenants and landlords), purchasing and selling commercial properties, corporate support, and has been instructed on various telecommunication related matters.

Enisha also provides corporate support by assisting with the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Enisha is a board member of Hull Young Professionals.
