Charlotte joined the firm in 2015, working in a business support role before moving into the property department as a paralegal in 2018. Her workload focuses on residential property sales and purchases.
One of the main aspects of the jobs that Charlotte loves is meeting and working with new people as well as continuing professional relationships with long established and returning clients.
No work day is ever the same and the variety of matters she deals with make for a great learning experience and keeps her on her toes!

Career
An English graduate from the University of Hull, Charlotte’s legal a career began when she joined the firm in an administrative capacity before being promoted to a paralegal in the residential team in 2018. She is currently studying with CILEx Law School and has recently passed her Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.
Expertise
Charlotte’s workload focuses on property based conveyancing work, in particular in dealing with residential sales and purchases, acting for clients with investment property portfolios and acting for house builder clients on their plot sales.
