Rollits Trainees Qualify
David White and Sarah Greendale
Rollits has made two new appointments to its charity and
commercial teams with the recruitment of trainees Sarah
Greendale and David White who have
successfully completed their training contracts with the firm.
Sarah and David who joined the firm two years ago have begun
their careers as solicitors at Rollits following their admission at
the beginning of September.
Sarah who graduated with an LLB from Hull University in 2010,
specialises in private capital and charities and social enterprise
work. She is involved in wills, trusts, estate administration
and Lasting Powers of Attorney and in relation to charity matters,
is involved in creating and registering new charities and the
re-structuring and re-organisation of charities including mergers
David completed his LLB Hons (Exempting) at the University of
Northumbria at Newcastle in 2009 has moved to work in the firm's
company and commercial department. He undertakes a variety of
work including commercial contracts and advice in relation to trade
marks, copyright and other intellectual property rights as well as
a mix of general corporate work.
Commenting on the promotions, Richard Field, Managing Partner at
Rollits, said: "We are extremely proud of the trainees'
achievements. They have worked hard to complete their training
contracts and qualify as lawyers and we look forward to helping
them develop and learn as their careers progress. I am sure
each of them will help to contribute to the success of the teams
they have joined"
