Rollits recommended in 19 different service areas in UK Legal 500

A survey of the country's top 500 law firms has once again recognised Rollits as one of the pre-eminent commercial law firms in the region, receiving acknowledgement as a leading specialist in 19 separate areas of law, including two "Top Tier" recommendations for work in the areas of corporate and commercial and commercial litigation.

16 lawyers at the firm have been highlighted in the editorial as leading practitioners in their specialist fields.

The Legal 500 directory is one of the UK's leading legal directories and is widely regarded as the "Bible of the legal profession" in the UK.  It features independent editorial and recommendations of law firms and lawyers across different practice areas.

Rollits featured strongly in its core practice areas and was recommended for its work and expertise across a wide range of legal specialisms from employment and intellectual property through to agriculture & estates and charity law in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Managing Partner Richard Field said: "The Legal 500 is one of the country's leading legal publications so it is pleasing to be recognised for so many of our services - it really highlights the excellent work we do on a daily basis in what is an extremely competitive marketplace."

He added: "Their recommendations underline the quality, strength in depth and expertise we have within the firm as well as our commitment to the Yorkshire and Humber region. The continuing efforts shown by all Rollits' staff to achieve positive results are a great asset to the firm and our clients."

Rollits is the only law firm in Hull to be recommended for its work in the areas of education, pensions, planning, media & entertainment and social housing.

Other areas of recommendation include agriculture & estates, banking & finance, charities, commercial property, construction, employment, family, insolvency & corporate recovery, intellectual property, IT & telecoms, personal tax, trusts & probate and property litigation.
