Rollits advise William’s Farm Kitchen
Rollits has advised the recently-opened farm shop,
William's Farm Kitchen in Horsea.
William's Farm Kitchen is at the Hornsea Freeport shopping
village. It sells locally and regionally produced food and a
delicatessen. There is also an impressive café.
William's Farm Kitchen was set up by Mark Farnsworth, who
previously worked as brand manager for Kit-Kat at Nestle, to pursue
his passion for local food.
Mark said, "Lots of people think I am mad giving up a good
job to run my own business. But I am passionate about local food
and drink and we will put everything into it to make the business
successful.
"We have a fantastic range of food on offer, including
meats, cheese, fruit, vegetables and baked products. I am
particularly proud that we already have good links with local
farmers and suppliers.
"I am pleased that I took advice from Rollits at an early
stage. The legal and commercial insights provided by Nasim Sharf
and David Hextall have been a great help."
Nasim Sharf (corporate and tax partner) provided advice on
corporate and tax law (including structuring the deal to obtain EIS
relief) to William's Farm Kitchen and its owners. David Hextall
(property partner) provided planning and property
advice.
Rollits wishes William's Farm Kitchen every success in the
future.
