Rollits advise William’s Farm Kitchen

Rollits has advised the recently-opened farm shop,William's Farm Kitchen in Horsea.

William's Farm Kitchen is at the Hornsea Freeport shoppingvillage. It sells locally and regionally produced food and adelicatessen. There is also an impressive café.

William's Farm Kitchen was set up by Mark Farnsworth, whopreviously worked as brand manager for Kit-Kat at Nestle, to pursuehis passion for local food.

Mark said, "Lots of people think I am mad giving up a goodjob to run my own business. But I am passionate about local foodand drink and we will put everything into it to make the businesssuccessful.

"We have a fantastic range of food on offer, includingmeats, cheese, fruit, vegetables and baked products. I amparticularly proud that we already have good links with localfarmers and suppliers.

"I am pleased that I took advice from Rollits at an earlystage. The legal and commercial insights provided by Nasim Sharfand David Hextall have been a great help."
