Lawyers Promoted at Rollits LLP

Leading regional law firm Rollits LLP has promoted five of its solicitors across a number of key service areas as it continues to invest in talent.

Three senior solicitors - Rebecca Latus, Jennifer Sewell and David Myers - have been promoted to Associate, whilst Ed Heppel and James Peel have been made up to Senior Solicitors.

Rebecca and Jennifer both work in the dispute resolution department dealing with commercial disputes and both are key members of the firm's regulatory team providing assistance to clients subject to investigation or prosecution by enforcement authorities such as Trading Standards, the Health & Safety Executive, the Environment Agency and local planning authorities.

David is a  member of the firm's planning team . The team  specialises in  planning matters such as preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals and objections as well as advising on the planning elements of residential, commercial and industrial developments on behalf of landowners and developers alike. 

Ed works in the Employment team and is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious issues and advises clients on all aspects of employment law.

James joined  the firm's commercial and IP team when he qualified.  He specialises in work relating to commercial contracts, website terms and conditions and advice in relation to trade marks, copyright and other intellectual property rights as well as data protection issues.
