Calling all golfers!
Yorkshire businesses will be competing on the golf course
when they tee off for charity in a tournament organised by Hull
commercial law firm Rollits, on Thursday, 7 July 2011 at Brough
Golf Club.
Now in its twenty third year, the tournament is being held to
raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and Dove House
Hospice, and always attracts a variety of teams from across the
region.
Senior Partner Steve Trynka said: "The day always provides an
excellent opportunity for some friendly competition between
Yorkshire's business people while also raising funds for two
extremely worthy causes. Over the years we have raised over
£100,000 for these two extremely worthy
charities."
The competition is a medal event for teams of four, with the
best two net scores on each hole to count. The tournament is for
teams of four and costs £225. This includes green fees as well as a
three course meal plus wine after the round.
