Breaking News: Supreme Court determines Parking
The Supreme Court's keenlyawaited Judgment in the case of ParkingEye Limited v Beavis on thequestion of whether a parking fine of £85 was reasonable andenforceable has today been formally published.
In a judgment extending to 124pages, by majority decision the Supreme Court have confirmed thedecision at First Instance and the Court of Appeal and determinedthat in certain circumstances Parking Charges areenforceable.
