Breaking News: Supreme Court determines Parking
The Supreme Court's keenly
awaited Judgment in the case of ParkingEye Limited v Beavis on the
question of whether a parking fine of £85 was reasonable and
enforceable has today been formally published.
In a judgment extending to 124
pages, by majority decision the Supreme Court have confirmed the
decision at First Instance and the Court of Appeal and determined
that in certain circumstances Parking Charges are
enforceable.
