Allam Marine secures 45m refinancing deal
Rollits LLP has advised dieselpower generator manufacturer Allam Marine Limited on a £45mrefinancing deal, to provide them with a greater degree offlexibility and support to help sustain their growth.
The transaction, led by seniorpartner Steve Trynka, involved Lloyds TSB taking charges over aportfolio of properties. This was handled by our securedlending specialist David Hextall, with John Flanagan providingcorporate support.
The completion of thetransaction - within just a few weeks - was made possible by ourlong-standing relationship with Dr Assem Allam, the owner of AllamMarine and Football League Championship side Hull City, and thecommercial approach taken by Lloyds TSB.
