A practical workshop which provides rationale and insight into highly successful line management and positive engagement.

Fostering a culture of high performance is a direct consequence of skilled leadership with low threat and high challenge at all levels of our organisation.

To ensure that high performance permeates all our teams and delivers sustained high quality provision and an exceptional work place we must value and invest in the skills of our leaders giving them the confidence to engage in those challenging and sometimes difficult conversations.

Target Audience – all those with management responsibility who are accountable for the performance of teams/individuals within the organisation.

Cost – £25 per person

Caroline Neadley

Caroline deals with all aspects of employment law work including discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts of employment and senior executive service agreements.

Sarah has over 20 years of school and Trust leadership experience. Until December 2021 she was Director of Education for a successful Multi Academy Trust in East Yorkshire.
