Aidan Johnson

Trainee Solicitor

Aidan's interest in the law started at a young age and began in an unexpected way, as a witness to a significant incident at his high school. Experiencing the investigation process and preparing to give evidence in Court sparked his interest in a legal career.

After studying law at A Level, he knew he wanted to pursue a career in law and qualify as a solicitor. During his law degree at Northumbria University, Aidan's resolve to qualify as a solicitor strengthened and became a reality when he was offered a Training Contract with Rollits.

Aidan enjoys the challenge of legal work, and applying his knowledge of the law to real-life scenarios.

Education

Following his early education at Cottingham High School and St Mary's College, Hull, Aidan moved to Newcastle to study law at Northumbria University in September 2019.  He studied on the MLaw (exempting) course which is an Integrated Master’s degree which combines a Qualifying Law Degree with an LPC exemption.

Aidan was awarded the 'Faculty Pro-Vice Chancellor Award’ from Northumbria University in 2023 for achieving exceptional results in his final year.
