Molly Bloom

Molly is an NQ Solicitor in the employment team working on a variety of employment and HR issues.

Molly’s interest in a legal career began when she started her law degree at the University of Hull in 2017. She completed a vacation scheme placement at Rollits in 2019 and was immediately impressed with the look and feel of the firm and decided to apply for a training contract.

Starting with the firm as a Trainee in 2022, Molly joined the employment team as a Solicitor at the end of her Period Of Recognised Training and will specialise in many aspects of employment law.   In particular her caseload will cover

• Drafting and providing advice in relation to Settlement Agreements for both employees and employers

• Drafting contracts of employment and other employment related documents, including internal policies and procedures

• Assisting with Employment Tribunal matters - both Claimant and Respondent

• Providing corporate support, including undertaking employment due diligence and providing advice in relation to TUPE
