Full-time Receptionist (maternity cover)
Experienced receptionist required to operate the firm's centralised switchboard and to provide a first class reception service.
Front of house duties include dealing with internal room bookings, taking and sending messages by e-mail, assisting with travel arrangements, greeting visitors and preparing meeting rooms and providing refreshments. Additional requirements include the ability to assist with other ground floor services as necessary.
The job requires a person who has excellent interpersonal skills and who can communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and colleagues, and who has the ability to deal with matters tactfully.
The successful candidate will also possess a courteous manner and be able to display an ability to deal with all contacts, especially in difficult circumstances.
The job also requires an eye for detail, flexibility and the aptitude to work well as part of a small team.
Computer literacy with good keyboard skills is necessary, together with a sound command of English. Software currently used by the switchboard/reception includes Microsoft Outlook.
