Ed joined Rollits in 2002 and is the head of the employment team. He has been recognised as a leader in the field of employment law since 2012 and deals with all aspects of employment law with a particular interest in TUPE and the Equality Act, in particular harassment and discrimination. Ed is also experienced in preparing service agreements for senior executives with complex bonus structures.
Ed acts for large corporate plcs although he also has a strong reputation in dealing with senior director disputes of significant value. Ed has also been involved in significant employment litigation in the sports sector and advises a number of football clubs. Ed is also an accomplished advocate and regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal.
