Mark advises a wide range of public and private sector clients in all aspects of planning and property development matters.
He has been very fortunate to have worked either directly, or to have had some involvement in all the major development projects in our area over the past 20 years. These have ranged in scale and scope from The Deep Millennium project in Hull, to new housing delivery across Yorkshire, to the new £100m R&D facility at Reckitt Benckiser in Hull.
Mark loves seeing our built environment grow and evolve and gets great pleasure from playing a part in that process.
He likes the fact that no day is the same, and feels lucky that his work often takes him out of the office to current and potential development sites. He is pro-active in his approach to projects, and enjoys donning his wellington boots for a site visit with clients and the professional team before getting stuck into the legal detail.
