Ed studied Law at Northumbria University and joined Rollits as a Trainee in 2002, qualifying as a solicitor in 2004. Since then he has worked his way up the ranks joining the Partnership in 2013. Ed took over the reigns as Head of Employment Team in 2017.
Ed is very experienced in preparing service agreements for senior executives with complex bonus structures. He acts for large corporate PLCs and also has a strong reputation in dealing with senior director disputes of significant value.
During his career he has also been involved in substantial employment tribunal litigation involving TUPE multiple claims and a number of complex discrimination claims – he is an accomplished advocate and regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal.
