Caroline Neadley banner

Since qualification Caroline has gained significant experience in a number of different sectors including the public sector, education, charitable, motor and manufacturing. Her previous experience of working in-house for South Yorkshire and Humberside Police offers a somewhat unique understanding of both the public and private sector business landscape.

Approachable, personable and responsive, she advises on employment law and other HR issues and provides clear, solution based advice to emerging employment law issues.

One of the main things Caroline loves about working in employment law is that it is people focussed - she loves working closely with clients to understand their organisation and help them achieve an outcome that works for their business.

  • As a medium sized Catholic Multi Academy Trust we are increasingly faced with complex and challenging employment issues that are beyond the scope of our internal HR service. We have worked alongside Caroline for some time, and she has made it her business to really understand our organisation. She is very approachable and provides a responsive service, giving us clear and accessible advice. Trustees are assured by the high-quality, specialist advice, that is available to us through our partnership with Rollits. Caroline helps us manage and effectively mitigate any emerging employment risks and I confidently recommend her service.

  • She is a pleasure to work with and provides great support on sensitive matters.
