Emma has specialised in Family Law for over 10 years. As well as assisting those who are leaving relationships to resolve financial matters relating to their separation and the arrangements for care of their children. She also helps clients who are embarking on new stages in their relationships with pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. Emma’s expertise in cohabitation matters and financial issues related to separations was recognised in the Legal 500 for 2017.
Emma works closely with colleagues across the firm, and where appropriate other professionals such as IFAs, accountants and therapists, providing a holistic approach to problem solving and meeting clients needs.
