Caroline joined Rollits in October 2017 and is an Associate within the employment team.

Caroline qualified in 2004 and has specialised in employment law throughout her career. Prior to joining Rollits, Caroline spent 11 years working in private practice in Hull before moving to work in-house for Humberside Police in order to provide both day to day and strategic employment law advice to the police service for 4 years. Caroline had a very successful time working in-house and was undertaking the role of deputy force solicitor for the force prior to making the decision to return to private practice.

During her career, Caroline has gained significant experience in a number of different sectors including the public sector, education, charitable, motor and manufacturing. Caroline’s previous experience offers a somewhat unique understanding of both the public and private sector business landscape.  

Caroline deals with all aspects of employment law work including discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts of employment and senior executive service agreements.
