Next step on the ladder for Libby
Libby Clarkson & Mark Dixon
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Libby Clarkson to the position of Senior
Libby, a specialist planning lawyer, joined the firm in 2012 as
a trainee. A key member of the firm's Planning & Development
team, she works on planning and development matters including
advising on planning applications, objections and planning law,
buying and selling land for development, drafting infrastructure
agreements and development agreements. Libby is also part of
the Education and Charities teams and advises on a variety of
property and planning issues for clients in these sectors.
In her new role, Libby will use her experience gained from
working closely with David Stone and Partners Mark Dixon and David
Myers to further expand the firm's planning offering across
Mark Dixon, head of Rollits' Property
Department said "When employing graduates at the start of their
