A covid secure workplace

We take the safety of our people and our clients and any visitors very seriously and have taken a careful approach to making the workplace as COVID Secure as is reasonably possible.

  • We have carried out and updated COVID-19 risk assessments on working safely in the office
  • We have shared the results with and sought feedback from the people who work here. The assessments were amended to include relevant suggestions
  • We have cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures in place in line with guidance
  • We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work safely from a COVID-19 Secure workplace or work from home
  • We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
  • Where people cannot keep 2m apart we have ensured at least a 1m distance and taken all the mitigating actions possible to manage transmission risk
  • Visitors are by appointment only and after we confirm they have not had a recent positive COVID test and are symptom free
  • Visitors are requested to wear masks and we record their contact details and retain them for 21 days as required
  • We recommend that both visitors and staff wear masks in client meetings
  • We review our procedures and the need to update risk assessments when there is a material change in circumstances and government regulation and guidance
