Ralph is an experienced advocate and commercial
litigator. His work focuses on corporate recovery litigation and
property based litigation.
In corporate recovery his work includes advising insolvency
practitioners, debtors and creditors in various types of matters,
including retention of title claims, voluntary arrangements and
claims by liquidators and receivers.
His property work includes tenancy litigation and possession
proceedings, and advises extensively in all areas of landlord and
tenant law for private and public sector landlords.
He has been recommended as a "leader in his field" for
commercial litigation in each of the last three editions of
Chambers and Partners Directory - A Guide to the Legal
Profession.
