Nasim specialises in corporate and tax matters. He is a
Chartered Tax Adviser and Secretary of the Chartered Institute of
Tax (Hull & District Branch).
Nasim has extensive experience of corporate law, including:
business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions (including in
distressed situations), private equity transactions, company and
group reorganisations, investment/shareholders agreements and
partnerships (including LLPs).
Nasim's specialist knowledge of tax frequently adds value to
transactions whether through devising tax-saving structures or

(EIS)); CGT (including entrepreneurs' relief, earn-outs and
deferred payment structures); tax efficient private equity
structures; tax efficient company and group reorganisations
(including demergers and section 110 schemes); complex share
buy-backs; joint ventures and partnership, SDLT and stamp duty.
