Ralph Gilbert

Ralph Gilbert deals with a broad range of litigious matters in the commercial world, This includes corporate recovery litigation, where he acts for insolvency practitioners, debtors and creditors in various types of matters, including Retention of Title claims, Voluntary Arrangements and claims by liquidators and receivers.

He has a particular interest in property based litigation, including tenancy litigation and possession proceedings, and advises extensively in all areas of landlord and tenant law for private and public sector landlords.

He is fully conversant with the wide range of property interests and tenures that are currently in use, and regularly appears as an advocate in the local County Courts. He has been recommended as a "leader in his field" for commercial litigation in each of the last three editions of Chambers and Partners Directory - A Guide to the Legal Profession.

Ralph is head of the Corporate Recovery and Debt Recovery Groups.
