Douglas Oliver

Douglas Oliver is head of Rollits Social Housing team working out of the York office.

A Social Housing specialist with considerable experience of all aspects of social housing property matters, advising both charitable and non charitable Associations, Douglas also handles a wide range of general commercial property work.

His work includes site assembly, advising RSL's on planning agreements, drafting management agreements, shared ownership leases, restricted price covenant schemes, licenced premises freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal,commercial leases, conditional contracts, options, overage agreements and funding agreements.
