Company and Commercial Richard Field is the firm's Managing Partner. Over the last 17 years Richard Field has undertaken a wide variety of corporate work from the flotation of public companies on the London Stock Exchange AIM and OFEX; acquisitions and disposals; joint-ventures; MBOs and MBIs; and corporate recovery. He now concentrates on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint-ventures and corporate finance in general. Richard has advised on many multi-million pound transactions. He acts for corporate and private sellers and buyers and many institutions providing funding both in the form of debt and otherwise. He also heads the firm's Banking Group. He is the lead partner for several of the firm's major clients. |
