Nasim Sharf

Nasim Sharf is a partner in the Company & Commercial Department.

Nasim advises on business affairs. He has led recent deals on company/business sales and purchases, including MBOs, MBIs and venture capital-backed transactions. He has extensive experience of company/group reconstructions, including: demergers, employee equity, reductions of share capital, exchanges of shares for shares/loan notes, own share purchases, business hive ups/downs and mergers.

Nasim has a special interest in tax and is a Chartered Tax Adviser as well as a Solicitor.
