Commercial Property Neil Franklin is head of the Property Department. He specialises in commercial property work including rural property, dealing with a wide range of issues including all property aspects of agriculture work, and farm sales, purchases and tenancies. Neil's work includes acting for lenders, the acquisition of investment properties, buying land for development and the subsequent development property work itself. He also acts generally in freehold and leasehold property transactions. Neil is a member of Hull Chamber Area Council, a member of the Hull Common Purpose steering group and Chairman of the Hull & East Yorkshire Centre for the Deaf.
