Tom Farrington has a wide experience of general corporate and corporate finance matters, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, mergers and disposals; stock exchange and public company work (both transactional and regulatory); corporate reorganisations; and venture capital work (including management buy-outs and buy-ins).
Tom has recently advised on a number of large acquisitions, disposals and management buy-ins, as well as all of the stock exchange and OFEX flotations and share issues which the firm has recently handled.
