Sheridan Ball heads Rollits Family Group and has extensive experience in high net worth matrimonial disputes, at times involving International and European elements. Sheridan was amongst the first 'specialist family practitioners' to be appointed to the Law Society's Advanced Family Panel. Sheridan has also developed a particular expertise in Private Law children work on behalf of parents and grandparents.
At the forefront of promoting mediation as a constructive means of resolving disputes, Sheridan has an extensive Family Mediation practice. She is an Accredited Family Mediator with FMA and the LSC, a Member of the UK College of Family Mediators and a Practitioner Member of the Law Society Family Mediation Panel.
As an Accredited ADR Mediator Sheridan is also developing a Commercial Mediation practice and she hopes that her experience before the Employment Tribunal (particularly in the area of discrimination disputes) will provide an opportunity to increase this area of expertise.
