Richard Frogson, who specialises in company law, will lead the corporate team in York and strengthen Rollits' growing corporate presence in the City and region. Richard deals with all aspects of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, management buy-ins and company restructures. He also advises banks on secured lending.
Richard joins Rollits from the Leeds office of Gordons, where he was a Partner in the Corporate department.
