Neil Franklin specialises in commercial property work, dealing with a wide range of issues including farm sales, purchases and tenancies, corporate support property work and corporate recovery cases.
His work includes acting for lenders, the acquisition of investment properties and the ongoing management work involved, buying land for development and the subsequent development property work itself. He also acts generally in freehold and leasehold property transactions. Whilst he does not deal with domestic house purchases and sales on a day-to-day basis, Neil is the head of the firm's Residential Conveyancing Group.
Neil is also the firm's partner in charge of Human Resources
