Commercial
Keith Benton is Head of the Company and Commercial Department and specialises in intellectual property law and commercial law. He has considerable experience advising in relation to the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights and works closely with Patent and Trade Mark Agents.
Keith's knowledge and experience of commercial law includes trading agreements such as agency, distribution, franchise and contract manufacture frequently involving a European or other overseas dimension. UK and EU Competition law issues are intrinsically linked to every aspect of his work.
Keith is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and the Law Society's Solicitors' European Group.
