George Coyle is an experienced advocate and commercial litigator skilled in finding commercial solutions to commercial problems, with a particular interest in the ever-increasing regulations of trade and industry. George heads the firm's Trading Law Group, designed to provide expert assistance to clients subject to investigation and prosecution by trading authorities or civil action.
He has substantial experience in this field and deals with many contentious trading issues such as product liability, consumer protection, trading standards, consumer credit, and food safety. He also handles a considerable amount of licensing work for major multiple store operations and brewers.
As a member of the firm's Employment Law Group, he appears regularly in Employment Tribunals.
