Fiona Draper is experienced in all types of family work, particularly divorce and associated ancillary financial issues, She has practiced in this field for the last 20 years, and is a member of Resolution and the Law Society's Family Panel.
Fiona qualified as a collaborative lawyer in 2005 and also practices this alternative method of resolving family disputes. She is part of the Collaborative Family Law Group and an active member of the North East, Hull and York Groups.
Fiona also specialises in personal injury claims, particularly those with a foreign element. She handles claims for clients who have accidents or problems abroad, many arising from holiday claims. She has established contacts worldwide to assist in progressing claims for the cases that cannot be pursued in this country.
